Return and Refund Policy
At Maxim Moments, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refunds and Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns for items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return address and instructions for returning the product.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective or incorrect items).
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
- Once the exchange is approved, you will need to return the original item in accordance with our return process.
- After we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Conditions:
- Only items returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition are eligible for a refund we only accept cash.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Opened or used photography accessories, lenses, or digital cameras (unless defective)

6. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
